In Lakeville-Salisbury since 1914, Wake Robin Inn® primarily welcomes affiliated guests staying overnight for:
- Hotchkiss, Salisbury and other private schools.
- Weddings weekends and parties.
- Lime Rock groups/clubs and Skip Barber Racing.
- Corporate retreats and family reunions.
Our all-inclusive room rates offer guests complimentary continental breakfast, wireless Internet access (in the Main Inn), and complimentary U.S.-Canada long distance. With us, only bar charges (if any) from Michael Bryan's Irish Pub on-premises are extra.
Viewing rooms in either the Main Inn or our more modest Summer (Motel) Building is easy. This online reservations link or the "Click to Book" box on the upper right of any page on our website) takes you directly to each available room along with a photo for a specific date. You may also pick random dates just to view rooms. There is no commitment to book any room by viewing rooms in this manner.
As always, we will also be happy to walk you through different rooms and rates on the phone at 860.435.2000 for a specific date.

Historic Main Inn
- 23 well-appointed rooms with private baths.
- Attractive midweek rates May through October, and special off-peak rates weekday and weekends November through April.

Open selected weekends May through October
- 15 rooms in a cottage setting, all with private baths.
- Rates from $159 per night pre-tax, based on double occupancy.
- Hair dryers in all rooms.

Lodging Policies
Checking In & Out
Check-In: 3 p.m.
Check-Out: 11 a.m.
Late checkouts without prior approval are subject to a $50 charge.
Payment & Cancellations
To secure a standard reservation, 50% of the total amount of stay is charged as deposit upon booking, with the balance charged to the credit card on record about seven days prior to arrival. Deposits are fully refunded for any cancellations made up to seven days prior to arrival. All deposits are non-refundable for reservations canceled within seven days of arrival. Please note that group reservations may be subject to special rates as well as different conditions of payment and cancellation. Minimum night requirements during peak periods may override terms above at management's discretion. All rooms are subject to availability.
No-Smoking Policy
All rooms and inside public areas of Wake Robin Inn are strictly non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking in guest rooms will result in a $50 housekeeping fee, charged automatically to the credit card on record.
Pet Policy
We regret that no pets are allowed in any of our buildings, except for seeing-eye dogs. |
