Checking In & Out

Check-In: 3 p.m. Check-Out: 11 a.m. Late checkouts without prior approval are subject to a $50 charge.

Payment & Cancellations

To secure a standard reservation, 50% of the total amount of stay is charged as deposit upon booking, with the balance charged to the credit card on record about seven days prior to arrival. Deposits are fully refunded for any cancellations made up to seven days prior to arrival. All deposits are non-refundable for reservations canceled within seven days of arrival. Please note that group reservations may be subject to special rates as well as different conditions of payment and cancellation. Minimum night requirements during peak periods may override terms above at management's discretion. All rooms are subject to availability.

No-Smoking Policy

All rooms and inside public areas of Wake Robin Inn are strictly non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking in guest rooms will result in a $50 housekeeping fee, charged automatically to the credit card on record.

Pet Policy

We regret that no pets are allowed in any of our buildings, except for seeing-eye dogs.
